At Eosol we have incorporated the sustainable development goals (SDG) into our corporate social responsibility plan, through actions that allow us to promote positive changes in the quality of life of the communities near our projects and move towards more sustainable and widely available energy.
To this end, donations were made in the state of Durango (Mexico) in a day in which the EOSOL Mexico team was very committed to the wellness, support and above all the maintenance of security in the situation caused by COVID-19, benefiting more than 130 families.
In this sense, we have had the opportunity to add actions in the communities of Málaga, 27 de Noviembre, Dolores Hidalgo and Cristóbal Colón, contributing to promote their development and improving the quality of life of their members.
Among the initiatives, we had the opportunity to deliver:
- Basic necessities to the most disadvantaged communities.
- Sanitary material, such as mouth covers, infrared thermometers, oximeters and antibacterial gel.
- Furniture, installation of glass and sanitary equipment in health centres.
- School materials to contribute to and prevent school dropout.
The event took place on 4 February, with the participation of our EOSOL Energy of Mexico team in Durango.
