Is it possible to grow in times of uncertainty?
This was the question that was the focus of the SME Strategy Roundtable held yesterday with CEOs and managers from more than 25 companies.
Thanks to the experiences of Abel Moreno, managing partner of GURPEA Mantenimiento y Automatización and Aitor Erquicia, director of EOSOL, there was a debate on the keys that allow a small company not only to survive in times of crisis, but also to take steps forward and develop new projects.
Both companies have completed successful plans that have allowed them to gain competitive advantages over other organisations in their sector and yesterday they presented some of their keys to other companies in our industrial community.
Attendees addressed, among other issues, aspects related to the value proposition of organisations, attracting and retaining talent, business culture and organisational values.
